1.Identify cancer-specific pharmacologic, immunologic, or radiotherapeutic TARGETS that can be exploited for cancer prevention, anticancer treatment or supportive or palliative therapies, and translate these findings into clinical trials;
 

2.Develop NOVEL THERAPEUTICS for cancer;
 

3.Conduct CLINICAL TRIALS, inclusive of minorities, to test the efficacy of novel targeted anticancer therapeutic agents or improve the efficacy of existing agents.
