Course Description:  The Rotation in Hospice and Palliative Medicine is intended to provide all University of Maryland Medical Students with attitudes, knowledge and skills fundamental to the management of symptoms and the care of patients at the end of life. This is accomplished by both classroom sessions and experiential training with patients enrolled in Hospice.
